Route U Now (www.routeunow.com) is a website owned and operated by Route U Now owners and associates (VAT registration number 801181015 // Tourism Ministry License No: 0207E60000742701).

  • BOOKING POLICY

Bookings may be completed via our online booking platform or by calling us on (+30) 697 763 6896 & (+30) 694 555 7575. For any booking, change or cancellation you may need to make, please do not hesitate to email us at info@routeunow.com.Bookings are completed and confirmed when you receive and order confirmation email.

  • PAYMENT POLICY

Payment can be completed with the following accepted methods:

  1. Credit or Debit Card
  2. Paypal
  3. Direct Bank Deposit
  4. Direct to the driver by cash or Credit Card at the day of the transportation.
    Prices include all taxes, gas, tolls and parking fees, applied for all passengers. They do not include meals, drinks, tickets, accommodation or any other personal expenses of the passengers.
  • FORCE MAJEURE

We do not have any liability for any delay caused by conditions out of our control (i.e. traffic congestion, strikes, floods, bad weather conditions, etc.).

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your booking at any time by email at info@routeunow.com

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the service are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service will have a 50% penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or not showing up are non-refundable.

If you have any difficulty locating the driver, please call us on the telephone number listed on the email confirmation.

If you leave the pick – up point without notifying us, will result a no-show charge.

  • REFUND

Refunds must be requested by email at info@routeunow.com within 14 days of cancellation. Potential cost or international transactions will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • ITINERARY AND SCHEDULE ALTERNATIONS

Passengers are responsible for the full and final payment of any charges occur extra to the booking confirmation. If the passenger ask the driver to change the planned route with extra km or extra hours, additional charges may be applied and calculated by the driver at the end of the journey. Please note that the driver is allowed to accept or not any alternations requested.

  • WAITING TIME

We offer 1 hour free of charge waiting time. After exceeding this time, you will be charged with an additional amount.

  • DAMAGED AND LOST OBJECTS

Our company is not responsible for any damaged or lost object during the journey. If we find any object left in the car we will try to identify and contact the owner. Passengers that claim a lost object, we will ship the item to the owner (provided the owner reimburses us of the shipping costs).

  • DAMAGES

We have no liability for any damage made in the car caused by the passenger. The client will be responsible for refunding the damage occurred.

  • PASSENGERS BEHAVIOR

Passengers should behave in an acceptable way during the journey. Inappropriate behavior might result the end of the service. “In appropriate behavior” includes any dangerous, illegal, violent or abusive behavior, alcohol consumption, use of drugs or smoking during the journey.

We may change the Terms and Conditions anytime by updating the website. You are responsible for checking the page and make sure that you are aware of the potential changes that may be applied. This policy is effective from February 6th, 2020. By booking a service with us, you agree with these Terms and Conditions.
