What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking at any time by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the service are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service will have a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or not showing up are non-refundable. If you have any difficulty locating the driver, please call us on the telephone number listed on the email confirmation. If you leave the pick – up point without notifying us, will result a no-show charge.
How do I make changes to a booking?
You may change your booking at any time by email at email@example.com Changes made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time are free of charge. Changes made less than 12 hours before the services are non-refundable.
Where will I meet my driver upon arrival at the airport/seaport?
Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport or seaport, holding a sign with your name.If you have any difficulty locating the driver,please stay at the agreed meeting point and call us on the telephone number listed on the email confirmation.
What if I miss my flight or ferry?
In case you miss your scheduled flight or ferry, the booking will be cancelled free of charge, as long as you inform us at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. In this case we will offer you a full refund as soon as possible. However, if you miss your scheduled flight or ferry and you inform us less than 12 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, we regret we cannot offer a refund.
What if my flight or ferry arrives earlier or later than expected?
If you provide us with your flight number or name of your ferry, you do not need to worry about any delay or alteration may occurred to your scheduled flight or ferry since our drivers always scan your flight or ferry through applications. Therefore, we are always up to date for any change of your flight or ferry may happen.
What payment methods do you accept?
The following payment methods are accepted: – By credit/debit card when you book your ride online or after completion of your ride with POS. – By PayPalwhen you book your ride online. – By cash directly to the driver after completion of your ride .
